For almost 20 years, Caitlin Graham has been supporting organizations big and small across talent, operations, and marketing. In every role, she’s been depended on for her ability to foster open communication and get to the core of what’s working and what’s not.

Most recently, she served as a Search Consultant with Pearl Street Collective, a Boston-based nonprofit search firm, providing targeted, thoughtful research and recruiting for places like Northeastern University, Tufts Medical Center, Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Caitlin also has a second career as a writer, actor, and filmmaker. She brings exceptional creativity and empathy to all of her work, and does one-on-one coaching.
