Caitlin Graham, Coach

About Caitlin

When people ask what I do, I’ve often said “whatever people need.” I’ve accumulated an odd blend of skillsets over the years: executive assistant, recruiter, classroom teacher, actor, writer, casting director, and filmmaker.

While my resume is eclectic, the theme is clear: I specialize in helping people work, interact, and present themselves more effectively, all from a place of empathy.

About Coaching with Me

The last few years have been wildly difficult. Our collective motivation has taken a major hit,
and many of us have been questioning how we actually want to spend our time.

Time to feel more energized, connected to our work, and happier in life.
I want to help us heal our relationship with time.

This is where coaching comes in. Can you relate to any of the following statements?:

  • You feel like you have no time for yourself or the things you care about most

  • You’re having difficulty finding joy in work

  • Everything feels like an obligation, even hobbies you used to find fun

  • You feel overworked and burned out and don’t have the energy to figure out what would help

  • You feel disappointed and frustrated at the end of every day and want to be more mindful of how you spend your time

If so, you could benefit from this kind of coaching. We’ll dig into your unique roadblocks, test out some tools and strategies for unlocking the most effective shape to your days, and get you to doing more of what matters to you. This isn’t about discipline. It’s about honoring how you truly want to spend your time from week to week, and figuring out how to get it done in a way that works with your limitations and, more importantly, that’s ultra kind to you.
